ORDER
03.02.2026 Heard Ms. B. Bhuyan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners assisted by Ms. R. S. Deuri, learned counsel for the petitioners. None appears for the contemnors on call. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners has placed before this Court a compliance report supplied to her on 30.01.2026 by the learned counsel for the contemnors. The learned Senior Counsel has submitted that the aforesaid order does not appear to be in compliance of this Court of the order dated 27.07.2022 passed in WP(C)/4755/2022. However on going through the materials, this Court is of the opinion that the respondent authorities have passed an order after due deliberation. Without commenting on the correctness or otherwise of the communication dated
17.07.2023, this Court, as agreed to by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, closes this contempt petition with a liberty to the petitioners to assail the communication dated 17.07.2023 in such manner, as may be available in law.
