1. None appeared on behalf of the Applicant.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on three consecutive occasions in the past on 22/10/2024, 20/1/2025 and again on 30/5/2025, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. Moreover, Notice to Respondents No 2 & 3, ie, Wife and Son of the applicant herein, issued in compliance of Order dated 22/10/2024 of this Tribunal, has also returned unserved.
3. Consistent non appearance in this matter on previous occasions as also today clearly shows that neither the applicant nor his designated counsel is serious about pursuing this Application. It has also been observed that the wife and son of the applicant, who are essential parties in this case, are also not interested to pursue the matter. The TA is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
