1. Counsel for the Applicant has filed this MA praying for early listing of the OA No 382/2024. However, it is seen that apart from filing the Application for early hearing, the counsel for the applicant during the course of hearing on 06/8/2025 has also made an oral prayer of early listing the case, which has been conceded and ordered to be listed on 13/8/2025. In view of this, we do not find any urgency in listing the OA earlier than the already scheduled date of hearing.
2. MA No 290/2025 stands disposed off accordingly.
