1. During the course of hearing held on 07/7/2025, Counsel for the Respondents submitted that based on the Writ Petition filed by them before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan Bench at Jaipur, the Hon’ble High Court has granted stay on execution of Order passed by this Tribunal. Based on the oral statement by the Counsel for the Respondents, the MA Execution was disposed off by this Tribunal with liberty granted to the applicant to file afresh consequent to the final decision of the Writ Petition purported to have been filed before the Hon’ble High Court. However, it was an inadvertent statement as no stay order has been passed by the Hon’ble High Court in this regard. In view of this, UOI has filed MA No 292/2025 for recalling the Order dated 07/7/2025. During the course of hearing today also, Counsel for the Applicants – Respondents regrets for the inadvertent statement made at the Court and prays for its recall, which is allowed.

2. Further, Counsel for the Respondents in the OA & MA Execution prays for further time to make compliance of Order passed by this Tribunal. He also submits

2

that cost of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) imposed by this Tribunal vide Order dated 13/9/2024 has already been paid to the Applicant. Prayer is allowed and 14 weeks’ further time is granted to the Respondents in complying with the Order in toto.

3. List the matter after 14 weeks.

4. MA No 292/ 2025 stands disposed off.
