Heard Mr. Lalthangmawia, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. T. Lalnunsiama, learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, who submits that he will be filing Vakalatnama within the course of the day on behalf of the respondent No. 1. The applicant seeks a stay of the operation of the impugned Judgment & Decree dated 19.02.2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)-VI, Aizawl in Declaratory Suit No. 80/2021. On considering the submissions made by the learned counsels, status quo order passed earlier is made permanent till final disposal of the appeal. I.A is accordingly disposed of.
