ORDER

08.10.2026

Heard Ms. Valentina Laldinpuii, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mrs. Mary L. Khiangte, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Ms. Lalngaihsaki Fanai, learned counsel for respondent No. 3. Mrs. Mary L. Khiangte, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has submitted that in a similar matter involving the same subject matter, an appeal was preferred which was registered as WA No. 16/2024 and the Appellate Court had set aside the order of the learned Single Judge. The learned counsels for the parties are at the consensus that the subject involved in both the case is similar and therefore, the instant Contempt Petition no longer survives. The instant Contempt Petition stands closed and disposed of accordingly.
