ORDER

08.10.2026

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard the learned counsel for respondent No. 5. None appears for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

Respondent No. 4 has already expired. This I.A. has been preferred seeking condonation of delay of 651 days in preferring the connected application for substitution of the deceased/respondent No. 4. The reason for the delay as stated is that the applicant gained knowledge of the demise of the respondent No. 4 only on 26.06.2026 when his submission was made in this respect before the Court. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 5 has no objection to the condonation of the delay. Having regard to the above, the delay in preferring the connected application stands condoned and the I.A. stands allowed.
