ORDER
08.10.2026 (Michael Zothankhuma, J) Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate for the applicants prays that Shri. Rokima Varte, President, Mizoram SSA Teachers Association may be impleaded in place of Shri. R. Lalrinpuia as respondent No. 2. The prayer of the appellants counsel is allowed. Shri. R. Rokima Varte is impleaded as respondent No. 2 and will substitute Shri. R. Lalrinpuia.
I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. Mr. Victor L. Ralte, learned counsel appears for respondent No. 1 and submits that he will submit the Vakalatnama within 2 (two) days.
