Ms. Lallianpuii Khiangte, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that there is a delay of 1521 days delay in filing the appeal.
Page No.# 2/2 Ms. Priskil Lalrinkimi, learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has got no objection to the delay being condoned and in fact, both the parties want to go for mediation. On the submission made by the learned counsels for the parties, the delay of 1521 days is condoned. I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. Registry to list the appeal on 09.10.2026.
