Mr. Lalruatfela Chawngthu, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are some technical defects in the writ petition and therefore he prays that the he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. In view of above, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
