ORDER
07.08.2026 Mr. Johny L. Tochhawng, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present civil revision petition with liberty to file afresh under appropriate provision, if so advised. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as prayed for.
