1. Heard Ms. Lalruatfeli, leaned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Ms. Linda L. Fambawl, learned Additional Advocate General, Mizoram and Mr. Joseph Lalchhanhima, learned counsel, appearing for the opposite party No. 1 as well as Mr. T. Lalnunsiama, learned counsel for the AMC.
2. In view of the building permit of the applicant having expired, the present application has become infructuous.
3. The application is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
