Heard Mr. F. Lalengliana, learned Senior counsel for the applicant who submits that the Chairman, Management Committee, Radha Mohn High School, Kamlanagar, Chawngte-P, Mizoram should be impleaded as respondent No. 5. Ms. Lalnunhlui, learned Govt. Advocate submits that she has got no objection to the same.
