Mr. Kartik Jain, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh, as there has been fundamental mistake in the prayer portion of the application. Mr. Jonathan Lalrintluanga, learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 12 and Mr. H. Zodinsanga, learned counsel appears for the respondent Nos. 1 to 11 and they submit that they have no objection to the prayer. I.A accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh application.
