ORDER
02.06.2026 (Michael Zothankuma,J) Heard Mr. Lalpianfela Chawngthu, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that there is a delay of 122 days in filing the appeal against the conviction of the applicant under Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Ms. Vanneihsiami, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, submits that she has no objection Page No.# 2/2 to the application being allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed and stands disposed of.
