ORDER

Date : 26.05.2026 (NELSON SAILO, J)

None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called. Same was the case, when the matter was listed on 29.04.2026. Ms. Mary L. Khiangte, learned Government Advocate, Mizoram, appears for the State respondents. We have noticed that as per the Office Note dated 31.03.2026, a copy of the communication dated 30.03.2026 regarding transmission of case record to Page No.# 2/2 the Aizawl Bench from the Principal Seat has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner and the same was also duly acknowledged. Under the circumstance and due to non-representation from the petitioner’s side consecutively, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
