BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE NELSON SAILO O R D E R 15.05.2026 Heard Ms. Vanlalmuanpuii, learned counsel for the applicants, who submits that due to the retirement of Shri. Rajeev Dutta, the Chief Page No.# 2/2 Engineer, BRTF, Project Pushpak, the applicant seeks to implead the new incumbent occupying the said post i.e., Dr. Krshendra Singh as respondent No.9 in the connected contempt petition. She submits that impleadment of the new incumbent is necessary for effective compliance of the Court’s direction. In view of above, the application for impleadment as prayed for is hereby allowed. Interlocutory application stands disposed of.
