1. During the course of hearing, none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. However, we deem it appropriate to issue Notice being a fresh case.
2. The Applicant has filed MA No 374/2025 for hearing of the case at Regional Bench, Jaipur, which is allowed taking into consideration the reasons advanced therein. OA No 260/2025 with MA No 373/2025
