ORDER
05.03.2026 Heard Mr. Lalhmangaihsanga, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that the Interlocutory Application being I.A. No. 170/2024 filed for condonation of delay of 616 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment & Award dated 26.10.2022 was dismissed by this Court on 03.06.2025.
Page No.# 2/2 In view of the dismissal of the Interlocutory Application, the connected MAC App. No. 9/2024 was also disposed of. By filing this application u/s 151 CPC, the applicant prays for disbursement of the statutory deposit made by the applicant/appellant in MAC App. No. 9/2024. Prayer is allowed. The Registry is directed to release the statutory amount deposited made by the applicant/appellant in MAC App. No. 9/2024 after proper verification and identification by this advocate. With the above, the I.A stands disposed of.
