17.09.2025

1. Counsel for the applicant has filed this MA No 394/2025 for early hearing of OA No 351/2023.

2. Perusal of record reveals that during the course of hearing held on 07/7/2025, this Tribunal has allowed the LR application filed by the counsel for the applicant to substitute Smt Kamala Devi, widow of the original applicant who expired on 28/12/2024 and directed the Respondents to verify and file objection, if any, on the LR application and posted the matter for further hearing after three months.

3. Since the matter has already been ordered to be listed after three months by the Order dated 07/7/2025, which will automatically come up for hearing in October 2025, we find no urgency on this early hearing application.

2

4. List the matter during second week of October 2025. In the meantime, Counsel for the applicant is directed to supply a copy of MA No 394/2025 to the counsel for the Respondents within a week’s time, as prayed by him.

5. MA No 394/2025 stands disposed off.
