By filing the instant application, the Applicant has sought for impleadment of the new incumbent, namely, Shri Abhijit Sinha, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, PHE Department, Kohima, Nagaland as Respondent No. 4 on the ground that the previous incumbent has retired, namely, Shri Mohammad Ali A. Shihab, IAS (Respondent No. 1), Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Nagaland,

3. In view of the retirement/transfer of the Respondent No. 1 it has become necessary to implead the new incumbent, namely, Shri Abhijit Sinha, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, PHE Department, Kohima, Nagaland as Respondent No. 4.
4. The prayer is allowed.
5. The Applicants shall take appropriate steps for amendment of the Causetitle.
