ORDER
13/10/2026 Heard Ms. Krovi Tsukru, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Qheto A. Chophy, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent. In compliance of the Court’s order dated 12.12.2025 passed in WP(C)/251/2025, the respondents have paid the salary arrears to Page No.# 2/2 the petitioner and to that affect, the cheque bearing No. 440883 dated 05.10.2026 have been issued in the name of the petitioner and the same has been duly acknowledged by actual payment receipt on 05.11.2026. In view of the above and the compliance affidavit filed by the respondent, and compliance of the court’s order, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
