ORDER
12/10/2026 Mr. Nocklei M. Konyak, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Mr. K. Angami, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
None appears for respondent Nos. 3 to 7.
2. By filing the instant application, the applicant prays for impleadment of the Aosungkum Village Council represented by its Chairman as a party respondent in the Civil Revision Petition No.09/2026 on the ground that initially they have not arrayed him as a necessary party though they are directly aggrieved by the decision of the village council. For proper adjudication of the matter, it would be necessary to array the present opposite party No.8 as a party respondent in the main Revision Petition.
3. The prayer is not objected by the counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, and keeping in view of adjudicating the matter in its right perspective, the opposite party No.8 be impleaded as a party respondent in the main revision petition.
5. Prayer is allowed.
6. The petitioner shall take steps for amendment of the cause title by arraying opposite party No. 8 in the main Revision Petition.
7. The I.A stands disposed of.
