ORDER
Date : 06.10.2026 Mr. N M Konyak, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner desires not to press the present Writ Petition, any further. Accordingly, Page No.# 2/2 he prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty to re-file the same, if the situation so demands. Mr. P Pfotte, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2, does not object to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed on withdrawal, with liberty, as prayed for.
