Mr. C. Konyak, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, desires not to press the present writ petition in its present form, in view of certain subsequent developments taking place in the matter. Accordingly, he prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to re-file, if the occasion so demands. Prayer is not objected to by Ms. Pichano, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal, with liberty as prayed for.
