ORDER
Date : 29.09.2026 Heard learned counsel, Mr. Imti Longchar, for the Petitioner. Also heard learned counsel, Ms. Vrinda Grover, for the Respondent No. 2 and learned Public Prosecutor, Ms. S. Mere for Respondent Nos. 1 and 3. The Petitioner, at the outset, submits that he would like to withdraw the instant revision application with liberty to file afresh, in order to impugn the order framing charge against the Petitioner, which was a subsequent development after the filing of the instant application. The prayer is allowed. The matter is disposed of on withdrawal with liberty given to the Petitioner to file afresh, if so advised.
