ORDER

Date : 29-09-2026 Heard Mr. N. Angami, learned Sr. Government Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Pfoeskho, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party No.1/respondents. The present Interlocutory Application has been instituted praying for condonation of delay of 229 days in instituting the connected review petition. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. On considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, as well as considering the projections made in the Interlocutory Application, this Court finds that the explanations set out are to be deemed to be sufficient for the purpose of explaining the delay occasioning in instituting the connected review petition. The learned counsel for the opposite party No. 1 has also not objected to the prayer of the applicant for condonation of delay. In view of the above, the delay of 229 days in filing the connected review petition stands condoned. With the above observations and directions, the present Interlocutory Application stands disposed of.
