23.02.2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. N. Longkumer is present. The learned counsels for the respondents are not present today. By Order dated 13.02.2026, the Registry had been directed to place a copy of the relevant rules regarding placing of this I.A. before the Bench which passed the original order. By Office Note dated 18.02.2026, the
Registry of this Court has placed the copies of the relevant Rules of the Gauhati High Court and the Civil Procedure Code as Flag- A and B. As per the Gauhati High Court Rules, the applicant in a review petition has to present the application before the court of whose judgment a review is sought. The present petition has been filed for recall of the Order dated 21.11.2024 passed in WP(C)/139/2024, which is in effect an application for review of the said Order dated 21.11.2024. The Registry is, therefore, directed to place this matter before the appropriate Bench.
