ORDER
Date : 15-09-2026 Ms. Toshi Jamir, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the Axis Bank is taking steps for defreezing the petitioner’s savings bank account bearing Account No. 923020061271780. Considering the above, the instant writ petition therefore stands closed as infructuous. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
