ORDER
Date : 07-09-2026 Mr. Yangro Humtsoe, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty. Mr. Moa Imchen, learned Additional Senior Government Advocate, Nagaland is present.
