1. Counsel for the applicant has filed MA No 431/2025 praying for restoration of OA No 125/2014 which was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Tribunal vide Order dated 03/7/2024.
2. Having heard the counsel for the applicant and taking into consideration the reasons advanced in the Application, MA is allowed and OA is restored in its original No. Registry is directed to proceed further.
3. MA Nos 431/2025 and 432/2025 for condonation of delay involved in filing the Restoration Application stand disposed off.
