Date : 16-06-2026

Mr. Joshua Sheqi, learned counsel for the applicant submits that by filing this application, the applicant who is arrayed as petitioner No.3 in the main writ petition wishes to withdraw from the writ petition and therefore prays that the name of the petitioner No.3 be struck off from the arrayed petitioners. The learned counsel submits that withdrawal of the petitioner No.3 would not prejudice the case of any of the parties. Mr. Imti Imsong, learned Addl. A.G appearing for the State respondents and Ms. Esther, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners in the writ petition submits that they have no objection to the prayer made by the applicant. Accordingly, the applicant who is the writ petitioner No.3 in the main writ petition is allowed to withdraw from the writ petition as prayed for. I.A is disposed of.
