Heard Ms. Esther, learned counsel for the applicant who submits by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of the Commissioner & Secretary Department of P &AR, Government of Nagaland as respondent No.5 in W.P.(C) 341/2023. She submits that impleadment of the said party is necessary for effective adjudication of the writ petition and therefore, the prayer for amendment as sought for may be allowed. Ms. S. Chang, learned Government Advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that he has no objection if the prayer is allowed. On hearing the parties and on perusal of the statements made in the application, the prayer for impleadment of the Commissioner & Secretary Department of P &AR, Government of Nagaland as respondent No.5 in W.P.(C) 341/2023 is hereby allowed. I.A. stands disposed of.
