Heard Mr. Pfosekho Pfotte, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Deputy Commissioner, Mon as party respondent No.5 in the main writ petition. He submits that impleadment of the said party is necessary for effective adjudication of the writ petition. Ms. Bichano, learned Govt. Advocate and Ms. A. Jamir, learned counsel for the respondent No.5 submits that they have no objections if the application is allowed. Upon hearing the parties and upon perusal of the application, the application for impleadment as prayed for is hereby allowed. I.A. is accordingly stands disposed of.
