2. Issue Notice. Mr Anil Bhardwaj, Advocate accepts Notice on behalf of the Respondents. Let Counter Affidavit be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafte
3. List the matter after ten weeks. In the meantime, further recovery effected from the pension account of the Applicant on the ground of excess amount of pension purported to have been paid to the applicant shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
