2. Issue Notice. Mr Pyare Lal, Senior Panel Counsel accepts Notice on behalf of the Respondents Nos 1 to 3. Let Counter Affidavit be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. Issue Notice also to the Respondents Nos 4 & 5, ie, The Branch Manager, SBI, Main Market, Dhankoli, Didwana, Kuchaman – 341 516 and The Assistant General Manager, CPPC, SBI, First Floor, SMS Highway, Chaura Rasta, Jaipur – 302 003, through Registered Post in addition to ordinary mode, returnable within one month.

3. List the matter after ten weeks. In the meantime, further recovery effected from the pension account of the Applicant on the ground of excess amount of pension purported to have been paid to the applicant shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
