2. Issue Notice. Mr Abhishek Singh, Advocate accepts Notice on behalf of the Respondents Nos 1 to 3. Let Counter Affidavit be filed within six weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter. Issue Notice also to the Respondents Nos 4 & 5, ie, The Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Maulasar, Didwana, Kuchaman – 341 516 and The Assistant General Manager, CPPC, Central Bank of India, Second Floor, MMO Building Road, MG Road, Fort, Mumbai, Maharashtra– 400 001, through Registered Post in addition to ordinary mode, returnable within one month.

3. List the matter after ten weeks. In the meantime, further recovery effected from the pension account of the Applicant on the ground of excess amount of pension purported to have been paid to the applicant shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
