1. Duirng the course of hearing, Counsel for the Applicant submits that in compliance of Order dated 18/11/2024 passed by this Tribunal, the Competent Authority has taken the decision, thus rendering the MA Execution Application infructuous.
2. In view of the affirmative statement made by the Counsel for the Applicant at the Bar, this Application has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
