1. During the course of hearing, Counsel for the Respondent submits that they have complied with the Order dated 12/12/2024 in OA No 41/2018 passed by this Tribunal, vide which we have directed the Respondents to examine the case of the applicant de novo in terms of the pleas raised by the Applicant in accordance with extant rules/policy on the subject within a period of six months. Counsel for the Respondents further submits that the case of the applicant has already been examined by the Competent Authority in the light of the directions issued by this Tribunal and he undertakes to file a copy of the decision arrived at in this matter with an advance copy to the counsel for the Applicant.
2. In view of the foregoing and since the direction of this Tribunal has already been complied with by the Respondents, this Execution Application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
