1. During the course of Virtual Hearing, Counsel for the Respondents submits that in compliance of Order dated 24/10/2024 passed by this Tribunal, prayer of the applicant for grant of Disability Pensionwasconsidered in its entirety and finding no merit in the prayer of the applicant, the Competent Authority has rejected the case through a Speaking Order.
2. In view of the foregoing and since the Competent Authority has complied with the Order of this Tribunal, this Application has become infructuous and MA (E) is dismissed as infructous.
