1. During the course of hearing, counsel for the applicant submits that payment of arrears due to the applicant in compliance of Order dated 25/5/2023 has been paid to the applicant, but interest part as ordered vide ibid Order has not been paid to the applicant.
2. In view of the statement at the Bar by the counsel for the applicant, it is not in dispute that the principal amount has been received by the applicant, but interest has not been paid. Respondents are, therefore, directed to make compliance in toto as ordered vide ibid Order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
3. MA (E) is disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to record. However, in case compliance in toto is not done within the stipulated timeline, the applicant will be at liberty to approach this Tribunal de novo.
