1. During the course of hearing, while none appeared on behalf of the Applicant, Counsel for the Respondents submits that Corrigendum PPO, in compliance of Order passed by this Tribunal has been issued and arrears amounting to Rs 6,90,568/- as entitled to the applicant have also been paid to the applicant and nothing remains on their part. A copy of the Corrigendum PPO dated 24/9/2025 has also been placed on record, which is taken on record.
2. In view of the compliance having been done in this matter, this Application has become infructuous and the file be consigned to record.
