1. During the course of arguments, Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that Corr PPO No DE/CORR/0180/2017 dt 31.03.2017 has been issued by the Respondents with subsequent Corr PPO dt 08.06.2017 notifying interest on arrears @ 6% but the payment has not been madeto the Applicantby the PDA.
2. Registry is directed to issue Notice to the Respondents (R4&5) through Registered Post to comply with the aforesaid Corr PPO sand make payment to the Applicantwithin a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already.
3. MA (E) 77/2025 stands disposed off accordingly.
4. File be consigned to records.
