O R D E R

28.08.2025

1. UOI has this RA praying for review of Order dated 10/12/2024 passed in OA No 64/2016 by this Tribunal on the ground that the order passed by this Tribunal was against the Govt policies, rules and regulations.

2. We have heard and perused the material placed on record.

3. Apart from a delay of two months and 10 days in filing the RA, we do not find any error apparent on the face of record warranting review of Order passed by this Tribunal in this matter in merit. Moreover, during the final hearing held on 10/12/2024, Counsel for the Respondents has raised no objection with regard to considering the death of the husband of the applicant as Battle Casualty and granting consequent benefits to the applicant.

4. The RA is dismissed being devoid of merit. File be consigned to record.
