1. Heard and perused the material available on record. We find no error apparent on the face of the record. Considering the limited scope available to this Tribunal in review proceedings initiated under Rule 14 () of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 read with Rule 18 of the Armed Forces Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2008, we see no reason to entertain this RA. .... The RA, thus, stands dismissed. Applicant Respondents However, at the request of the Applicant, we direct that if the Applicant makes a fresh representation before the Competent Authority with regard to RCE extension of service to him, the Competent Authority shall decide such representation of the Applicant sympatheticaly expeditiously in accordance with rules/regulations/ policies on the subject.
