Learned advocate Mr. Mrudul Barot appearing on behalf of the petitioner under the instructions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. However, he has prayed for liberty to approach the appropriate authority in terms of Government Resolutions dated 5.8.2022 and 10.06.2003, which were relied upon the during the course of hearing. Considering the aforesaid prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner, present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is clarified that it shall always be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, if permissible under law.
