ORAL ORDER
1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking parole leave.
2. Considering the facts of the present case, when the applicant was released by an order dated 30.10.2024, he was absconding from 14.11.2024 to 24.02.2025, for 103 days, thereafter arrested by the Police. The jail remarks also states that the jail conduct of the applicant is not good. Hence, no justifiable reasons have been given for grant of parole leave. Considering the same, no case is made out. The petition is rejected, accordingly.
