ORAL ORDER
1. This application, through jail, is filed by the applicant seeking temporary bail.
2. Considering the fact that earlier when the present applicant was released on temporary bail from 02.05.2023 to 17.05.2023, he was absconding for 18 days and thereafter arrested by the Police. No justifiable reasons have been given for grant of temporary bail. Hence, no case is made out. The application is rejected, accordingly.
