ORAL ORDER
1. Learned advocate Mr. Rajesh G. Barot for the respondent No.2 submits that the notice was duly served to the applicant and well as to the respondent No.2 and the endorsement on the board is to that effect.
2. Learned advocate further submits that the parties have jointly filed an application under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court, Vadodara being Family Suit No.319 of 2020 on 10.07.2020, and the suit came to be decreed by the learned Judge, Family Court No.2, Vadodara on 27.10.2021. Learned advocate submits a copy of the judgement and order passed by the learned Trial Court, which

3. On perusal of the said judgment and order, it appears that the applicant has paid an amount of Rs.4,80,000/- to respondent No.2 towards permanent alimony and the marriage between the parties, which was solemnized on 11.05.2014, came to be dissolved by mutual consent on 27.10.2021.
