ORAL ORDER
1. This petition, through jail, is filed by the petitioner seeking parole leave.
2. The jail remarks indicate that the applicant was recently released from 16.12.2025 to 29.01.2026. Moreover, earlier, the applicant had been absconding for 378 days when he was being released on 06.01.2024, and in the year 2003, he had been absconding for 316 days. The jail remarks also state that jail conduct is not good. Moreover, no justifiable reasons have been pleaded. Considering the same, no case is made out. The petition is rejected, accordingly.
